Reports to: HR Operations Lead
Role Summary:
Responsible for processing payroll, handling statutory deductions, remitting contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and managing employee benefit administration. Ensures all government compliance and employee payouts are timely and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process bi-monthly or monthly payroll for multiple clients
✅ Manage government contributions, tax withholdings, and BIR forms (2316, Alphalist)
✅ Prepare payslips and wage reports
✅ Maintain payroll records and employee contribution files
✅ Administer leave tracking and employee benefit enrollments
✅ Coordinate year-end tax documentation
✅ Stay updated on statutory wage, benefit, and tax changes
Qualifications:
✅ 2+ years in payroll and benefits administration
✅ Knowledge of PH statutory requirements (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, BIR)
✅ Familiar with HR/payroll software like Salarium, Sprout, or Excel systems
✅ Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
