HR SUPPORT & RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE

Position Type: Full-time | Remote

Reports to: HR Operations Lead

Role Summary:

Supports day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding. This role ensures that internal and client-facing HR support is executed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates, post jobs, and conduct initial screening

Schedule and support onboarding/offboarding processes

Assist in performance review tracking and employee file maintenance

Coordinate training schedules and compliance checklists

Support basic employee relations tasks (memos, notices, grievance handling)

Maintain leave and attendance records

Qualifications:

1–2 years HR experience (recruitment or generalist preferred)

Great people skills, task-oriented, and proactive

Strong organization and reporting skills

Familiar with GSuite, HR spreadsheets, or task tools like Airtable/ClickUp
