
Position Type: Full-time | Remote
Reports to: HR Operations Lead
Role Summary:
Supports day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and onboarding. This role ensures that internal and client-facing HR support is executed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Source candidates, post jobs, and conduct initial screening
✅ Schedule and support onboarding/offboarding processes
✅ Assist in performance review tracking and employee file maintenance
✅ Coordinate training schedules and compliance checklists
✅ Support basic employee relations tasks (memos, notices, grievance handling)
✅ Maintain leave and attendance records
Qualifications:
✅ 1–2 years HR experience (recruitment or generalist preferred)
✅ Great people skills, task-oriented, and proactive
✅ Strong organization and reporting skills
✅ Familiar with GSuite, HR spreadsheets, or task tools like Airtable/ClickUp
