Role Summary:
The HR Operations & Client Success Lead ensures that all PEO service components are delivered accurately, timely, and in compliance with Philippine labor regulations. This role is responsible for managing the full HR infrastructure, handling client-facing coordination, overseeing compliance, and guiding SOP and policy documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Serve as primary point of contact for assigned PEO clients
✅ Oversee HRIS data management, documentation, and client SLAs
✅ Draft, review, and implement company policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs
✅ Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, and SSS regulations
✅ Monitor labor law changes and apply best practices
✅ Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal HR audit processes
✅ Coordinate performance review cycles and HR-related metrics
✅ Prepare HR reports and support client inquiries
Qualifications:
✅ 4+ years in HR or PEO-related functions
✅ Strong knowledge of PH labor laws and DOLE guidelines
✅ Exceptional communication and organizational skills
✅ Experience managing clients or internal HR systems (e.g., Sprout, Salarium, BambooHR
